Case study 1

A charity providing refuge services was facing a significant change in its revenue model as the local authority changed the way it was purchasing services. We worked with the board to carry out a strategic review and develop a 3 year business plan. The plan included an implementation plan to enable the charity to modify its service provision and meet the requirements of the local authority.

Case study 2

A legal practice wanted to improve its profitability. We worked with the partners to analyse the revenues and costs of the different specialisms it practiced and to present some profitability analysis that could be interpreted easily by non-financial partners. This enabled them to make informed decisions about the future direction of the business.
